Court decides: Driving schools return to face-to-face lessons

Because of the corona virus in Baden-Württemberg, learning for learner drivers was only possible online. The owner of a driving school had sued against it – and was now right.

Mannheim – The coronavirus in Baden-Württemberg is a challenge for industries whose business depends on direct contact with customers. Either the companies switch to online offers or have to adhere to strict hygiene measures in order to be able to open. Until recently, driving schools in Baden-Württemberg were only allowed to give theory lessons online. But this regulation of the state government apparently had no legal basis. As BW24 * reports, a court has ruled that driving schools are allowed to teach face-to-face again.
