Police find deer wearing a safety vest and speak of a "bizarre picture"

Even for seasoned police officers, the sight was pretty weird. Someone had “put” a life jacket on a wild animal.

Fischbachtal – Sunday night around 11.10 p.m. the police received an emergency call about an accident. A patrol immediately set off.

At the scene of the incident, the officers found “a very bizarre picture”, as the police announced on Monday night: “In the middle of the road there is a dead deer wearing a safety vest!”

Except for a few parts of the vehicle, there was no trace of the driver involved in the accident and his car. At first it was not possible to clarify who ultimately “secured” the dead animal. The safety vest was then disposed of, informed the police of the Hessian community Fischbachtal-Niedernhausen near Darmstadt.
