Queen Máxima of the Netherlands: Glamor performance with the whole family

The Dutch royal family brought glitz and glamor to Amsterdam. The evening's guest of honor was Queen Máxima, who will soon celebrate her 50th birthday.

Amsterdam – Queen Máxima's 50th birthday on May 17th is still a few days away, but she can already enjoy a week of celebrations. Together with her family, Máxima attended a musical gala * that was held in her honor at the Carré Theater in Amsterdam and is also shown on Dutch television.

The royal family dressed up for their public appearance. Queen Máxima, King Willem-Alexander (54), their three daughters and Princess Beatrix (83) posed for the photographers in elegant evening wear. Máxima wore a floor-length nude-colored dress with a filigree petrol-colored line pattern by Iris van Herpen. Heir to the throne Amalia (17) opted for a dark floral dress from Needle & Thread, her sparkling earrings come from her mother's jewelry collection. Her sister Princess Alexia (15) shone in a green robe with flounces by Maje. Princess Ariane (14), the youngest daughter of Máxima and Willem-Alexander, is apparently also a fan of the British brand Needle & Thread, she chose an evening dress decorated with pink sequins. * 24royal.de is an offer from IPPEN.MEDIA.
