On November 9, 2022, the motto on the Chlodwigplatz in Cologne was once again: “Arsch huh, Zäng Ussenander!”. There is an important message here.

Cologne – 30 years ago artists from Cologne started a major event against racism and neo-Nazis with “Arsch huh, Zäng Ussenander!” (Kölsch for ass up, teeth apart). Around 100,000 people took part in the solidarity concert at the time. Now there is a new edition: On November 9, 2022 – and thus exactly 30 years to the day after the first rally – it’s “Arsch huh, Zäng Ussenander!” again.
24RHEIN has an overview of “Arsch huh, Zäng Ussenander!” 2022 in Cologne.

“Cologne is committed to tolerance and diversity. Right-wing extremist groups and parties hardly play a role in Cologne. But vigilance remains necessary: Hanau and Halle, racist and anti-Semitic attacks show that the fight for a democratic society based on solidarity must go on,” the association said in a statement.
