Schuby – After a dead woman was found on Autobahn 7 in Schleswig-Holstein, the Flensburg District Court ordered the suspected husband to be temporarily placed in a psychiatric hospital.
The 33-year-old is said to have stopped on the hard shoulder on Saturday and stabbed his 31-year-old wife several times with a knife, the police announced on Sunday evening. He is being investigated on suspicion of manslaughter. He was arrested on Saturday at the scene of the crime without resistance.
According to previous findings, the investigators assume that the woman, who was seriously injured by the attack, was subsequently captured and run over by a vehicle that has not yet been identified, presumably a truck, on the A7 between the Tarp and Schuby junction (Schleswig-Flensburg district). According to an expert, the driver’s driver may not have noticed the incident. According to the police, the 31-year-old died at the scene of the accident as a result of the multiple trauma suffered from the collision with the unknown vehicle.
