It all started when Francisco, 75, went out for a walk in Burriana, where he had gone to see the family. The man, who suffers from Alzheimer's, did not know how to return home but was lucky enough to run into Estrella. The stray dog, a pitbull crossbreed of only 4 months , was not separated from him all night.
The next day, the police found Francisco and Estrella in perfect condition. When the paramedics took Francisco to the hospital for tests, Estrella did not want to be separated from him. After learning about the feat of the dog and the affection provided to Francisco, the family has decided to adopt Estrella . Estrella is recovering from her malnutrition and skin problems.
