It was yesterday Saturday when the millionaire auction was closed to get the third of the seats available to travel to space in the Bezos mission aboard the Blue Origin. The auction reached a record $ 28 million (about 23 million euros) paid by someone whose identity is completely unknown.
The millionaire amount that has been raised will be donated to the Club for the Future, which corresponds to the Blue Origin educational foundation to inspire future generations. Some 6,000 people from 143 countries finally participated in the banknote auction opened last May.

With the third designated passenger, Bezos’ space mission will prepare to depart on July 20 . It will be a first attempt at a trip into space aboard the New Shepard reusable suborbital missile system (named after America’s first astronaut, Alan Shepard).
