The spokesman for the Potsdam Labor Court confirmed that a home manager from Potsdam had filed a lawsuit against the termination of her job. She had been convicted of murder and attempted murder.

Potsdam – After the murders of four severely disabled residents of a dormitory in Potsdam, the Oberlinhaus diaconal facility gave notice to the director of the home.

The home manager filed a lawsuit against this termination, confirmed the spokesman for the Potsdam Labor Court, Robert Crumbach, on Thursday upon request. The negotiation of mercy on the lawsuit will take place on Friday. First the “Märkische Allgemeine” (Thursday) reported. A spokeswoman for the Oberlinhaus did not initially want to comment on data protection upon request.

In the dormitory of the diaconal facility Oberlinhaus, four residents were killed and one resident was seriously injured at the end of April. A 52-year-old nurse who had worked there for many years was sentenced in December to 15 years imprisonment by the Potsdam Regional Court for fourfold murders and multiple attempted murders. The court also ordered the woman to be admitted to a psychiatric ward.

The 52-year-old is also suing the Potsdam Labor Court against her dismissal by the Oberlinhaus. The labor court wants to decide on this at the beginning of February. dpa
