The Aerala airline, which was created by the former general director of Interjet, José Luis Garza, will begin operations with international flights from the Felipe Ángeles International Airport, which is about to open on March 21.

Retired Brigadier General of the Army and administrative director of the parastatal company International Airport, Felipe Ángeles, Isidro Pastor Román, reported that the airline’s plans contemplate establishing its base of operations at the Santa Lucía Base.

Aerala is also expected to have three international routes, although it was not specified to which places they will take off, because they are yet to be defined by the company and the regulatory authority.

The military man who will be in charge of the operation and functioning of the AIFA assured that the progress with the Federal Civil Aviation Agency for its routes and constitution are advanced.

Aerala, new Mexican airline

The newly created airline was established on October 26 of last year by José Luis Garza Álvarez and Salvador Ramírez Canizal, and among the objectives of the company, in addition to providing airline transport services, is the packaging and storage of goods and the organization of trips in Mexico.

So far, the airlines Volaris and Viva Aerobús are the only ones confirmed with scheduled flights and for sale, which will begin operations on March 21, the expected opening date of one of the emblematic works of the federal government headed by Andrés Manuel López Obrador. .

JLG Business Solutions, which is directed by José Luis Garza Álvarez , requested the registration of six Aerala trademarks before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property.

One of these brands requests that Aerala appear in brochures, pamphlets and printed publications, as well as business administration and telecommunications services for airline passengers.

Currently, it says that it will soon show which routes it will fly and the services it will offer.
