The Great Circus continues with its praise for a Fernando Alonso who made magic with his third place in the Formula 1 Qatari Grand Prix. The last one was his teammate Esteban Ocon , who has put the two-time world champion at the height of great legends like Ayrton Senna or Michael Schumacher. The French rider also spoke about the improvement of Alpine and the famous Plan of the Asturian rider.

‘There has been enormous progress. Definitely since the beginning of the year. We have a completely transformed team , a united team and we have a lot of positive pressure coming from the bosses. Laurent Rossi and Luca de Meo are as competitive as we are. And they totally support us. There are very good vibes. There is no negative stress within the team and we are all pushing in the same direction. It is definitely a perfect environment. We are also using strategy to the fullest with Fernando on the track, doing great teamwork. That is what we are showing on each track. “I know how hard he works, how motivated he is even now at his age. The experience you treasure and how much you have accomplished in sport. It is more than impressive. I think he’s a sports legend. He is among the best: Senna, Schumacher… And he will always remain there. For what we are doing now and how I see that he thinks compared to other drivers, his is unprecedented. There is no one who thinks like him. I am happy to be his teammate and proud that we are fighting as hard as we can together to achieve our common goal.
