The vaccination rate in Andalusia does not stop , 600,000 Andalusians have received one or the second dose of the corresponding vaccine in a week. A record that has already reached 5 million administered doses. In what has been the best week of vaccination, the great dose wheel and staff prepared to administer it has been shown to work. The response of the population has been massive and the health administration has fallen short. The end of this nightmare is getting closer.

In the best week of vaccination with 587,400 doses given , 137,000 more than the previous record, all records have been broken. Getting to the top in terms of doses of the vaccines administered. With all vaccines being administered, including AstraZeneca, all possible expectations have been exceeded.
Andalusia has administered until Friday, June 4, a total of 5,237,383 doses of the vaccine against covid-19 -25,880 more in 24 hours-, which represents 93.9% of the doses received, and a total of 1,924 .290 Andalusians have the complete vaccination schedule, 16,732 more. In just one week there are 373,027 more people with the complete guideline, a new record above the 210,083 layouts for the week from April 25 to May 1.
By provinces, until Saturday June 5 in Seville a total of 1,181,042 -2,549 more have been administered in one day- and 427,908 people have already completed the vaccine -1,421 more-, while in Malaga the total dose amounts to the moment to 989,139 -3,636 more- and the people with both already inoculated are 357,470 -3,276 more-. In Cádiz there are 772,142 vaccines administered -6,598 more- and the people with the complete schedule add up to 282,410 -2,887 more-; in Granada, 589,108 the administered -1,676 more- and 218,460 the people with the complete pattern -1,237 more-; and in Córdoba, 546,072 the doses administered -4,552 more- and 205,761 people with the complete schedule of the vaccine -3,918 more-.
The total of doses administered in Jaén is 427,328 -1,842 more-, with 164,538 people with the complete regimen -1,463 more-; in Almería, 414,876 -4,552 more- and 149,103 completed the pattern -2,485 more-; and in Huelva there are 317,676 doses administered -475 more- and 118,640 those immunized -45 more-.

The good rate of vaccination translates into positive figures in terms of hospitalizations. This Sunday, June 6, the fifth consecutive drop in hospitalized patients has been registered to 711, down to 46 less in 24 hours and 73 less than seven days ago. Those admitted to an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) have also fallen to 178, five less than the day before and 33 less than Sunday last week.
On Sunday there are no data on infections or deaths, while waiting for tomorrow it will be possible to see how mass vaccination affects these figures. Millions of Andalusians already have the complete guideline in a vaccination campaign that is not easy, but thanks to the Junta de Andalucía it is being an example to follow for the rest of the communities.
