Weinsberg – Another patient has fled from the psychiatric clinic in Weinsberg near Heilbronn. The police were looking for the 40-year-old on Sunday, the officials said.
The man was housed in an open ward of the facility. On Saturday evening, the police also used a helicopter to search the region. Motorists in the area shouldn't take hitchhikers, it said.
Around two and a half weeks ago, four men broke out of a closed ward of the clinic. The men, including three convicted criminals, are considered dangerous.
One man was arrested the day after he escaped, and the search for the other men is ongoing. A police spokeswoman said there was no connection with the 40-year-old's escape. dpa
