The NOAA forecast now also expects November 2021 to be significantly too cold. In some cases, it can be up to two degrees Celsius colder in Germany than the average climate. “It will stay exciting,” promises Jung.

Jan Schenk also agrees with weather.com. The meteorologist anticipates an advance of ice-cold air from the north, which hits Germany around November 20. “We still have a week or a week and a half and then winter comes and it gets really cold,” says Schenk.
