Bad Vilbel – The singer Axel Bosse thinks a lot about his parents and his daughter. He is “super proud” of the 15-year-old.
Especially during the break due to the coronavirus, “it was super nice to be at home,” said Bosse in the “Silvia am Sonntag” program on Hit Radio FFH in Bad Vilbel. The family was a “pretty good flat share”. Now the singer wants to try to let go when dealing with the 15-year-old daughter. He takes his parents as an example. They had let him “go to Berlin from a small village at the age of 16 to become a musician”. Bosse grew up in Hemkenrode near Braunschweig.
On his new album, Bosse dedicated a song to his father. The piece with the title “Father” is one of his favorite on the phonogram. The 41-year-old left it open whether his mother would also get a song. “If she should complain a lot, I’ll write something to her,” he said. The musician justified the fact that the father came first by saying that he was a few years older than the mother.
The album “Sunnyside”, released at the end of August, is Axel Bosse’s eighth. It was created during the corona lockdown. Since his first record, “I haven’t had that much time for my inner work. Somehow it felt like it was my first album, ”he said, describing the feelings during the recording. dpa
