Bastianini does not waver and takes the best time in the warm up in Losail

Losail.- The Italian from the Gresini team, who will start the second in a few hours, between Jorge Martín and Marc Márquez, led Johann Zarco (second) by just under a tenth, and Aleix Espargaró, third, by more than two.

The fourth fastest lap went to Miguel Oliveira, while Fabio Quartararo, the reigning world champion, finished fifth, less than three tenths off the lead.

Pecco Bagnaia concluded the sixth; Martín did it seventh and Franco Morbidelli, eighth, while the Suzuki couple, Alex Rins (ninth) and Joan Mir (tenth), closed a top ten from which Marc Márquez was left out by 76 thousandths. The Honda rider was one of the riders who fell to the ground, even though his fall had no consequences, neither for him nor for the bike.

In addition to Márquez, Pol Espargaró saved a fall in which he was almost on the ground, while the rookies Raúl Fernández and Fabio Di Giannantonio went to the ground without physical consequences for both runners.

The equality that currently prevails in the heavy bike category was clearly reflected in the time table, in which the first (Bastianini) and the 20th (Brad Binder) rolled in the same second.

The weather conditions of this last test will have nothing to do with those that will occur at the time of the race, so this result will surely be far from the one that will occur when the winner passes under the checkered flag.
