BBVA Mexico launched this Tuesday an investment fund specialized in companies dedicated to the digital economy such as artificial intelligence, metaverse and cryptocurrency companies.
Bank customers will be able to invest in this fund from the app and with amounts ranging from 50 pesos.
It is a long-term fund that will include companies from the digital economy that are listed on the International Quotation System (SIC).
60% of the companies in which it will invest are firms with a value greater than 10,000 million pesos.
BBVA expects to have 20,000 clients in this fund in the coming months.
Until August 2022, BBVA's investment funds had 44.2 billion pesos, 22.08% of the total market.
