Open until 4 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays (12 a.m. the rest of the week), The Diamond has some staples that were mentioned on the menu of the old Penguin restaurant (change of ownership), such as the Chicken Dixie sandwich and the Pickles. fried. Named after scientist Edmond Halley, this English-style pub has an excellent range of food and drink. Amelie’s, located in NoDa, serves an incredible variety of pastries, cakes, and pastries to pair with your gourmet coffee. Their soups and sandwiches are equally good too. Try their spinach, asparagus and leek soup and their salted caramel brownies. Open 24 hours a day, this eclectic café has plenty of space, free Wi-Fi, and friendly staff that make it the perfect place to meet up with friends or go alone.

There is also an Amelie location in Uptown, as well as another in Charlotte, plus one in Rock Hill, SC, and even one in Atlanta.
