The family of the heir to the throne then made their way to the ruins of Borgholm Castle in a carriage procession that lasted almost an hour – a royal premiere. The traditional Victoria Concert took place again in the unique location. Princess Madeleine, who returned home a few weeks ago for a long summer vacation, attended the concert without husband Chris O’Neill (48). The royal family had announced before the birthday party that the father of three would not be attending the party due to professional commitments in the United States.
