There are games whose inspiration does not leave much room for the imagination, and Born of Bread is one of them. With friendly 2D cartoon characters and a 3D RPG adventure world, the WildArts game drinks without hiding it from the success of Paper Mario.
Which is actually excellent news, because with an eye to PC, Born of Bread will be one of those very few examples that come to the platform to teach its players the magnificent ideas behind the Nintendo game.
Starring a friendly character made of flour who is willing to save the world, the great similarity between both games is in the combat system , which uses the idea of hitting buttons to perform perfect attacks and defenses in turn-based fights.
If you want to give it a try because you have never played Paper Mario and want to know what all the fuss is about, if you are a fan of the Nintendo game and want to see how much Born of Bread convinces you, or simply if you want to have a good time trying one new and promising adventure, you’re in luck.
Although the game still does not have a confirmed release date even though they have been with it for a couple of years, it does have a demo available that you can try now from Steam. We will see if Born of Bread manages to maintain the expectations it has created for us.
