Businessman Francisco Garza Egloff dies at 67

Francisco Garza Egloff, former director of Arca Continental, died this Sunday at the age of 67.

The Business Coordinating Council (CCE) sent its condolences for the death of Garza Egloff, who was also vice president of the Confederation of Industrial Chambers (Concamin).

Garza Egloff served as General Director of Arca Continental from January 2013 to December 2018. The position was held by Arturo Gutiérrez Ramírez, who was deputy general director.

The businessman was part of the boards of directors of Arca, Alpek and Axtel.

In addition to his career at Arca Continental, Garza Egloff was CEO of Sigma Alimentos between May 1999 and December 2022. He was also CEO of Polioles and Akra Polester.

Garza Egloff completed his undergraduate studies at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estadios Superiores de Monterrey and obtained his master's degree at Ipade.
