City sends 2,500 reminders – recipients lodge a complaint

It was a special kind of “Christmas present” that the town of Steinau (Main-Kinzig district) sent in December: Numerous citizens and companies received reminders.

Main-Kinzig-Kreis – The city of Steinau (Main-Kinzig-Kreis*) and the public utility company sent 2,500 reminders at Christmas – with a payment term of seven days. In addition to the time, numerous errors in the letters are the reason for great displeasure – and 500 entries.
