Cologne – Club owners and disco operators can breathe a sigh of relief just like party guests in Cologne*: Clubs and discos in the city can reopen from March 4th. This is made possible by the second stage of the three-stage easing plan, which stipulates that party locations can open their doors again from next Friday (March 4th).
