The RKI will announce the current Corona case numbers for Germany on Thursday (December 30th, 2021). However, the data are only of limited significance.

Berlin / Frankfurt – On Thursday (December 30th, 2021) the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) published a slightly higher nationwide seven-day incidence than the previous day – but with the restriction that the corona data due to the low test and Reporting activities during the holidays can give an incomplete picture.

The RKI gave the value of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants and week in the morning as 207.4. The day before the nationwide value was 205.5, a week ago it was 280.3 (previous month: 439.2).
