Destiny 2 is about to make one of those big leaps that occasionally occur in games as a service. Bungie wanted to offer more details today about the game’s roadmap for the next four months, which has led them to also reveal the name of the next season and confirm the return of two characters that we had lost sight of years ago: The Unknown and Uldren .

The Hunting Season will arrive together with Beyond the Light on November 10 and, as usual, will offer a good handful of free content for all players as well as a paid season pass for those who want to obtain objects extra. It should be remembered that Destiny 2 is free, but Beyond the Light is a paid expansion.

Perhaps one of the most important changes heading into Year 4 is that most of the seasonal content and all equipment will be available throughout the year . Until now, these seasonal contents could only be obtained during the season, thus generating some anxiety among many players for fear of missing things. With this change, Bungie wants that feeling to disappear and that each player can enjoy the game at their own pace without having to be tied to the duration of each season.
