The rumors of extreme side effects are always fodder for opponents of vaccination. However, the numbers are really that small.
Hamburg – The longer the pandemic lasts, the more persistent are the rumors about the effects of corona, vaccination protection and side effects of vaccines. There is even talk of death from vaccination – especially by opponents of vaccination – but the numbers that can prove such cases are extremely small for the extent of the fears.
24hamburg.de * reveals how many deaths from corona vaccinations there have already been in Hamburg and throughout Germany.
So far, only one case has been confirmed in Hamburg in which a corona vaccination is said to have actually led to the death of a patient. The Senate announced this at the request of the Hamburg CDU. In 101 cases, the Department of Forensic Medicine at the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) suspected a connection. After 58 autopsies, only one case could be confirmed. For all of Germany, the Paul Ehrlich Institute, the Federal Institute for Vaccines and Biomedical Drugs of the Federal Ministry of Health, has so far known 1,900 suspected cases of corona vaccinations as the cause of death.
