A 20-year-old customer is said to have been violent after being advised by a supermarket employee to wear a mask. The seller suffered minor injuries.
Chemnitz – A 20 year old man freaked out in a supermarket in Chemnitz (Saxony) after an employee advised him of the mask requirement.
As the police headquarters in Chemnitz announced on Sunday, the young man first threw a beer bottle at the employee and hit him on the back. He also bit the 24-year-old's arm and tried to hit him with a frying pan, but missed.
The employee suffered minor injuries and had to see a doctor. The incident happened on Friday. The police are investigating dangerous bodily harm. dpa
