DuckTales is one of Disney’s most longed-for cartoon series and at the time of the NES and Game Boy it had its own video game. DuckTales came to life a few years ago with a splendid remastering and this week we will have to say goodbye to this title in question.
Unfortunately Capcom has made it official that DuckTales: Remastered will abandon all digital stores between August 8 and 9 , depending on the platform. This means that it will no longer be possible to purchase the game again, so you still have a couple of days to get hold of it before it’s too late.
The reason for this decision is unknown, although it could be a problem with the license . However, to encourage all those who want to purchase it, its price has been reduced by 75% on some of the platforms on which it is available, that is, Wii U, PS3, Xbox 360 and Steam .
Those of you who already had the game in your libraries have nothing to worry about, because Capcom has indicated that you can continue to download it in the future , even if you don’t see it in stores. And if in the end you do not get the digital version, you also have the option of purchasing it with its physical edition and playing this great platform title without problems.
