Munich ‒ Anyone looking for an apartment in the Bavarian capital of Munich* knows that it is not easy to find somewhere to live at a reasonable price. On average, tenants had to shell out between 14.60 and 22.60 per square meter* in Munich in 2021, depending on the location.

Understandably, not everyone has gotten used to the prices and some Munich residents, such as Juliane Schneider, are also fighting back*. The apartment is located in the east of the center – more precisely in the Au-Haidhausen district near the Deutsches Museum. The description is: “Luxurious design attic apartment – loft character”.
