Fernando Alonso presents his special helmet for the Miami GP

Formula 1’s first visit to Miami brings with it special decorations and designs, such as Fernando Alonso’s helmet, which will wear different colors for the opening of the race on American soil.

The Asturian pilot was present at the store of his clothing brand in the city of Florida and there he revealed the spectacular design with shades of blue, pink and yellow, in clear reference to the aesthetics of Miami Vice, as Max Verstappen has also done with his special helmet.

During the event in what is known as Simply EV, the place where he sells his brand’s products in Miami to expand into the United States market, the two-time world champion took out the helmet decorated with palm trees, lifeguard checkpoints and the Sea of a cover to present it.

 

As expected, it maintains the sponsors that have accompanied it throughout the season, and it is the third design that it uses in 2022, since in the winter tests it wore its usual blue, red and yellow colors, but changed to pink for raise awareness among fans about the importance of environmental sustainability together with the BWT company.

Fernando Alonso also took the opportunity to reveal an electric bicycle, the first of his brand, called Kimoa E-Bike, created together with Arevo, a company dedicated to the 3D manufacture of carbon fiber elements.

This part can be purchased through the Kimoa website or SimplyEV or Simply Mac stores throughout the United States at a price of $3,999, that is, 3,777 euros at current exchange rates.
