Suzuki marked the beginning of a new season through the voiceover of its regular drivers, who began the presentation of a virtual event in which the GSX-RR was the main protagonist.

During the launch, the face of the project leader, Shinichi Sahara, could be seen, as well as the participation of Ken Kawauchi and the test pilots Sylvain Guintoli and Takuya Tsuda. They were in charge of giving way to the regular drivers of the Japanese team, Alex Rins and the world champion in 2020, Joan Mir.

The Spanish pilots raised the canvas of their prototypes, bringing out the blue and emblematic tones of the GSX-RR. As a novelty, the Suzuki of Joan Mir and Alex Rins has the incorporation of black brushstrokes on the front of the prototype.

Once the shakedown is over, the Japanese team has shown its cards for 2022, a season that seems interesting due to its great length, with a total of 21 races on its provisional calendar. With regularity and performance as the main pillars, Suzuki embarks on its way to the title with Joan Mir and Alex Rins as top representatives.
