Concert lovers in Mexico are joining a class action against Ticketmaster to recover the money they paid to attend events that were later canceled.

The Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) invited all the affected public to gather the necessary documentation to join the collective lawsuit against Ticketmaster and recover their money.

“It took me 3 months for a cancellation and refund,” said a consumer affected by Ticketmaster’s cancellation and refund policies.

Some more also complained that the company promotes the purchase of tickets to concerts and other types of events to “months without interest.” However, in the end, they make the “full charge”. “With this one, it’s been 4 times that they do the same thing to me. Only on one occasion was the refund made and they put it for months, but shot per trip the same thing happens, ”complains another user of social networks.

There are also those who complain that Ticketmaster does not answer refund requests, in cases where the same event has been postponed twice.
