After the poignant ceremonies on the occasion of the 10th anniversary * of the right-wing extremist attacks, in which 77 people lost their lives, Mette-Marit (48) and Haakon (48) wanted to look ahead. With 40 invited guests, who were differently affected by the terrorist act, there was the opportunity to talk about things and to cope with them.
The crown prince couple has held such a banquet every year since 2004, with a different focus. In spring 2012 the question was how one can go on living after a traumatic experience. With this year’s gathering, the Crown Prince couple wanted to focus on what gives hope for the future after the trauma.
