Andalusia’s vaccination plan , which already exceeds 2,000,000 immunized and has administered at least one dose to more than 50% of the population over 16 years of age, reaches those under 50 this week and, for the next week, the Board plans to start citing those under 40 years of age .

Since Tuesday , June 1 , people born in 1970, 1971 and 1972 can already request an appointment for the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. From Friday , June 4 , people born in 1973 and 1974 can do it and from Tuesday , June 8 , those born in 1975 and 1976.

From Wednesday , June 9 , the possibility is open to all people born between 1954 and 1961 who have not yet received any dose.

As of Thursday , June 10 , those born in 1977 and 1978 can request an appointment. From Friday , June 11 , those born in 1979 and 1980 will also be able to do so.

People aged 60 to 67 years (born between 1961 and 1952) will be summoned for the administration of the vaccine by phone call or SMS , since this age group does not have an appointment request enabled.

Likewise, essential professionals under 60 years vaccinated with AstraZeneca who are waiting for the second dose of the vaccine are receiving an SMS or phone call to make a new appointment.

How to make an appointment

If your age cohort falls within the aforementioned groups, you can do so through the Andalusian Health Service (SAS) website through ClicSalud + , through the mobile application (you can download it here for Android devices or at this link if your mobile is iOS) and the Salud Responde phone number (955 54 50 60), or also at your health center, preferably by phone. If you do not know which telephone number corresponds to you, you can consult here which District or Health Management Area corresponds to your municipality or primary care center.

The request for an appointment for vaccination is available to all the people included in the aforementioned age groups who are registered in the Database of users in the Andalusian Public Health System , regardless of whether their insurance is public or private.

As for the appointment for the administration of the second dose , it cannot be requested through these routes and it will be provided in most cases at the time of vaccination or will be communicated later by your health center.

Remains of prioritized groups

Health and social health professionals, large dependents, very high risk and essential personnel must wait to be called . The reference vaccination center will contact people who belong to groups prioritized by professional profile or clinical risk.

Cases in which an appointment cannot be made

Automated systems for making an appointment do not allow you to request it in some specific cases . When this happens, the message that is displayed is: You do not meet the current criteria to request an appointment for “Covid-19 Vaccination .” Any questions about these appointments should be raised with the vaccination team or the health center.
