New York, US. Samsung introduced a couple of foldable phones and also another couple of wearables, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and the Galaxy Watch 5.

The company claims they’re smaller and more comfortable than the originals, but the new model also supports 24-bit audio playback via Bluetooth, if you’re using a Samsung phone. The latest headphones will have three models: black, white and purple.

Features of the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro

The new earbuds are 15% smaller than the original Buds Pro. Samsung has also enlarged the vent to allow additional airflow to reach your ears and reduce the “stuffed” feeling during prolonged use.

The brand also highlights that the amount of recycled material that goes into these headphones is 90%.

Samsung introduces the Galaxy Watch 5

After weeks of leaks and rumors, the company has finally announced the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro in its Unpacked.

Among what the company took into account the most was the issue of battery life that was around the Galaxy Watch 4.

Both the Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro feature larger batteries, faster charging, and longer durability to boot.

The Galaxy Watch 5 comes in 40mm and 44mm, while the Pro comes in a single 45mm size. All watches are powered by the same 1.18GHz Exynos W920 processor, with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

It should be said that this series has an improved version of the three-in-one BioActive sensor first introduced in the Watch 4, which allows heart rate monitoring and body composition analysis.

They also have an improved sensor that adds more advanced sleep tracking features, including personalized sleep coaching.

It also has a built-in GPS, contactless payments, optional LTE, Bluetooth 5.2, and Wi-Fi. Both watches also feature 5ATM and IP68 water and dust resistance.

As for the battery, the Watch 5 has a 13% larger battery, 284 mAh in the 40mm Watch 5 and a 410 mAh battery in the 44mm. That should translate to around 40 hours on a single charge. The Pro has an even larger 590mAh battery rated at 80 hours or 20 hours of continuous GPS use on a single charge.

In addition to adding larger batteries, Samsung has also improved the charging speed. It claims that it can go from zero to 45 percent battery in just 30 minutes.

For people interested in sleep tracking, the company says you can get eight hours of battery life in just eight minutes.
