Impeccable first MotoGP victory for Bagnaia in Aragon

Alcañiz.- The voltage of the race went from less to more due to the precaution of the pilots, very aware of the drop in the performance of the tires, alarming in specific cases and that the first two, escaped from the first lap.

The dance between them began with three laps to go, with Bagnaia leading the pack at all times and returning the overtaking to the Honda rider, with immediate counterattacks.

Despite the Catalan’s hugs, Bagnaia always had a reply until he crossed the finish line before anyone else and thus certified Ducati’s first victory on this stage since the one Casey Stoner achieved in 2010.

Márquez ‘s podium is the second for the one from Cervera (Lleida) after the one he won at the Sachsenring, where he won. Joan Mir completed the first three, even though he was never in a position to measure himself short with the two in front.

Fourth place went to Aleix Espargaró , who managed to leave behind Jack Miller (fifth) and Enea Bastianini , who achieved his best result in MotoGP with sixth place.

Brad Binder finished seventh, coming from behind, and was able to keep Fabio Quartararo at bay, very blurred from the first lap and who finished eighth.

Jorge Martín (ninth) and Takaaki Nakagami (tenth) closed the top ten , from which Iker Lecuona (eleventh) was left out by only two tenths.

Alex Rins was 12th and finished just ahead of Pol Espargaró, while Maverick Viñales, in his first race as an Aprilia rider, crossed the finish line 18th and was half a second ahead of Valentino Rossi (19th).
