Spain has so far received 938,825 doses of Janssen, instead of the 1.6 million doses that pharmaceutical companies should have already delivered. For this month of June, 3.9 million doses were expected to arrive, which it seems that at the moment they will not be received due to the manufacturing problems that Janssen is suffering. In the press conference after the Interterritorial Council, the Minister of Health, Carolina Darias, highlighted the delay in the delivery of AstraZeneca doses scheduled for last Monday, May 31 and that have finally been delivered this Wednesday, two days after the initial commitment. On the other hand, it has not given explanations for the delay of Janssen and the new delivery forecasts that could take several weeks and even be delayed until the third quarter, according to what the company communicated to the European Union (EU).
