Lindsay Lohan will return to acting with the Netflix platform, which chose her to star in its next Christmas movie, according to an exclusive released this Monday by Variety magazine.
It is the first major Hollywood project in which the protagonist of “Mean Girls” will participate after a decade of absence in which she only appeared in a couple of low-budget films while staying away from the spotlight.

The magazine said that Lohan will play the heiress of a luxury hotel who, after a ski accident, suffers amnesia and spends Christmas in the cabin of an unknown family.
It is one of the projects that Netflix has planned for next Christmas, although it does not yet have a title.
Just a year ago, Lohan published the song “Back to Me” (“I return to me”), which marked his return to music after a period marked by troublesome episodes in which he spent time in prison.
