Mörfelden-Walldorf – The South Hesse police and the Darmstadt public prosecutor’s office are investigating a possible homicide. In an apartment in Mörfelden-Walldrof in the Groß-Gerau district, a lifeless youth was found next to an injured man.
Homicide in Mörfelden-Walldorf: First findings on the cause of death
According to a report by the police, the officers were alerted on Sunday (04.07.2021) early in the morning around shortly after 6 a.m. A 37-year-old woman reported that her 46-year-old husband was seriously injured and the 19-year-old son was said to be dead. The emergency services were able to confirm this on site by means of police and medical examinations.
The injured man was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. According to the first findings of the police, the son could have been killed by a violent crime: “Initial findings indicate that the son may have died as a result of blunt violence,” said the South Hesse police in their report.
