The Arona was facelifted in 2021 with an upgrade to its image and perceived quality , thanks to a refreshed exterior and all-new interior; as well as its technology, with new security and connectivity elements. Some improvements that were also transferred to the interior of the Seat Ibiza, another of the best sellers in the Spanish market. Both models, and after the application of the new tax brackets of the registration tax, have seen their offer of standard equipment reformulated to maintain the exemption from said payment (and with the DGT ECO label). In this way, Seat continues to maintain the units with the most registered motorizations outside the tax.
And it is that in just five years of life, the Arona has become a social phenomenon and one of the most important cars in the history of the Spanish manufacturer.
