This week the company announced that it will open seven stores in Spain and one in Portugal this summer. All the establishments will open their doors before July 14 and will be in the following locations: Lloret de Mar, Seville, Navarra, Badajoz, Playa de las Américas, Puerto de la Cruz and Porto.

With the new openings, Miniso will have about 40 stores in the Peninsula . Although the brand continues to be unknown to many, it arrived in Spain and Portugal two years ago. Ana Rivera, general director of Miniso for both countries, assures that the new openings represent a great effort for the company.

Even during the Covid-19 pandemic, Miniso has continued to grow. In the last year it has opened 364 physical stores around the world . It is already present in 94 countries and every day more than a million people visit its establishments. The growth since 2013, when Chinese businessman Ye Goufo founded the company in Tokyo, has been unstoppable.
