The president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, has accused the president of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, of being "dragging the military forces of Brazil into an armed conflict against Venezuela." The Venezuelan leader assures that the Brazilian has protected "a group of terrorists that attacked a Venezuelan military barracks that was at peace." Maduro, at a press conference from the Miraflores Palace, also assures that the decision -in the economic plane- to allow transactions in dollars in his country was "correct" because that has allowed the economy to "breathe".
