The Kaulitz brothers have a new project: they will soon be the owners of an abandoned prison in Celle. What do you intend to do with the property? There are a lot of “great ideas” out there, according to Bill.
Celle – In the latest episode of their podcast “Kaulitz Hills – Senf aus Hollywood”, Tom and Bill Kaulitz chat about the fact that they would like to bid on the former Salinenmoor prison. A total of 47 other interested parties are bidding – not an easy race. But the brothers are confident and in the podcast they play the voice message from Mayor Jörg Nigge, who is enthusiastic about their ideas for the prison.
Club, restaurant or do you prefer a hotel? Tom and Bill Kaulitz have big plans in Celle
There are still no concrete plans as to what should be done with the property in Celle. The two brothers talk about their “wild ideas”: a nightclub, a hotel, a restaurant – “or all together!” they say.
The twelve-hectare former prison site consists of three parcels with a total area of almost twelve hectares, as summarized by the Lower Saxony State Office for Construction and Real Estate (NLBL). Lots of space for big ideas. The starting bid is 250,000 euros.
Support from the mayor in Celle: Kaulitz brothers are confident
Lord Mayor Dr. Jörg Nigge supports Bill and Tom in their plan to auction and renovate the prison. Whether they will actually get it will be decided from July 31st, until then you can still bid.
