Philip Keizer, Galveston County’s local health expert, described the death as a tragedy. “It’s a horrible thing, but I think people need to know about it,” said Keizer. The Dickinson Independent School District confirmed Thursday night that Kali was a student at KE Little Elementary in Bacliff. She was last at school on September 1st.
