Popular holiday destination for Germans massively relaxes corona rules – but not for everyone

Even more: The Greek police announced that they would strictly control evidence of vaccinated and convalescent people. There is no mask requirement in the named indoor areas. However, there is no talk of negative tests as a sufficient protective measure.

Mini-lockdowns for the so-called red regions of Thessaloniki, Larissa, Chalkidiki, Kilkis, Argolida, Kastoria, Imathia, Pieria, Pella, Kavala, Xanthi and Drama were also lifted on October 9th. Of course, the new Corona rules * also apply to the holiday islands popular with tourists such as Crete, Rhodes, Santorin or Mykonos.
