As The Daily Beast writes, citing court files, the then 17-year-old is said to have been involved in a system of “willful recruitment and trafficking of young girls for the purpose of sexual abuse”. This is claimed by a woman who is not known by name and who poses as the sister of an ex-boyfriend of Giuffre. The same woman is also quoted as saying that she was asked by Giuffre if she knew “any girls” who could be “something like sluts”.
According to The Daily Beast, the letter from the legal team around Prince Andrew said: “It is a striking feature of this case that Giuffre, although making lurid allegations against Prince Andrew, is the only party to this lawsuit whose conduct is deliberate recruitment and trading young girls for the purpose of sexual abuse included Giuffre himself. “

Epstein had committed suicide in prison in 2019 after he was accused of having sexually abused a large number of girls and young women over the years together with his then-partner Maxwell. Both are also said to have taken the victims to other men.
