Montecito – Cities are destroyed, thousands of people leave the country, soldiers and civilians lose their lives. The ongoing war against Ukraine is leaving a trail of devastation in its wake. The death toll is increasing day by day, and the “Invictus Games” community led by Prince Harry (37) has to say goodbye to a member.

In 2014, Prince Harry set up the unique sporting event for the first time, in which war-disabled veterans from all over the world compete. One of the former participants of the “Invictus Games” was Serhii Karaivan, whose death the organizers now announced in a sad message: “The Invictus Games Foundation has to announce with regret that a member of the Ukrainian Invictus Games community was killed in the Russian invasion of Ukraine Ukraine was confirmed.” Serhii Karaivan lost his life in combat on March 13.

As the organization team further reports, many participants in the “Invictus Games” once again took up their uniforms to protect their homeland from attacks by the Russian military.
