A party in honor of Diana will soon be held at Kensington Palace. Now Prince Harry announces whether he will travel to England for it.
Kassel – There is constant speculation about when Prince Harry will next visit his family in his home country England. He, his wife Duchess Meghan and their children Archie and Lilibet currently live in the US state of California. A celebration in honor of Princess Diana at Kensington Palace is actually a good reason to return. 100 guests are expected on October 19, 2021, including pop star Sir Elton John.
The current corona requirements would enable Prince Harry to travel from the USA to Great Britain without quarantine. But the Duke of Sussex, who hardly ever ends up in London, has apparently decided otherwise.
Royal Family: Prince Harry does not return to England for celebration
Prince Harry will not be traveling to England to celebrate his mother’s honor. A spokeswoman for the prince confirmed the cancellation to the British newspaper Daily Mail. It was unclear whether Duchess Meghan would otherwise have accompanied Prince Harry. The cancellation is also seen as a sign of a growing rift between brothers Harry and William.
The celebration should originally have taken place on July 1st of this year. Both Harry and his brother Prince William unveiled a statue of their mother who would have turned 60 that day. Due to Corona *, only Harry, William, Diana’s uncle Earl Spencer and her aunts Sarah McCorquodale and Lady Jane Fellowes took part. The belated party was then scheduled for September but was finally postponed again. Too many people on the guest list should have checked their diaries, reports the Daily Mail, citing an insider.

Prince Harry’s wife Meghan, who gave birth to their daughter Lilibet Diana on June 4, stayed at home. The Royal Family has not yet been able to see the youngest offspring in person. Lilibet’s brother Archie, who was baptized in Windsor in July 2019, has not been in England for more than a year.
