In 2022, Queen Elizabeth II will celebrate her 70th jubilee on the throne. Nevertheless, she already has the future of the throne and a certain person firmly in view.

London – What an achievement: Queen Elizabeth II has been at the head of the British royal family for 70 years. Her special jubilee is to be celebrated in style this year. A four-day glittering festival is already planned in her honor.

Parades, concerts and parties are to be held across the UK to mark the platinum anniversary, including the annual traditional military parade, Trooping the Colour. But despite the great anticipation, the 95-year-old always has the future of the British royal family firmly in view.

Charles and Camilla have previously told the PA news agency that they are “moved and honored” by the Queen’s grand gesture. The couple also took to their official Instagram account to express their gratitude for the Queen’s many years of service. * tz.de and 24royal.de are offered by IPPEN.MEDIA.
