Current figures for Schleswig-Holstein show that real estate on the North Sea island of Sylt is becoming more and more expensive. But prices are also rising significantly on the neighboring islands of Amrum and Föhr.

Sylt – LBS Bausparkasse Schleswig-Holstein-Hamburg AG has presented its real estate market atlas 2022 for Schleswig-Holstein. The figures show a significant price increase, especially on the North Frisian islands of Sylt, Amrum and Föhr.
The North Sea island of Sylt is still the leader in property prices in the north, reports 24hamburg.de here.

On Sylt, prospective buyers have to pay an average of around 15,000 euros per square meter for a one- or two-family house from the existing stock. This means that prices have risen by almost 15 percent compared to 2020. With more than 60 percent each, the price increase on the neighboring islands of Amrum and Föhr was even clearer.
