Schedules and how to watch the MotoGP Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix

0

The 2021 MotoGP season faces its final stretch at the Misano Circuit. The Made in Italy and Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix will be the penultimate of the year and here the title could already be decided. Fabio Quartararo will have the first match ball and if he is ahead of Pecco Bagnaia he will be proclaimed world champion.

We could also have a champion in Moto3, although in the case of Pedro Acosta it will be more complicated. If he did, he would be the youngest in World Cup history.

In addition, the Emilia-Romagna GP will be special for Valentino Rossi, who will race for the last time in Italy and will say goodbye to the 35,000 fans who will be in the stands.

The times are the usual ones for the European events, with the classification on Saturday at 2:10 p.m. and the race on Sunday 24 at 2:00 p.m.

The grand prix will start on Thursday 21 at 5:00 p.m., with the official press conference where Quartararo, Pecco Bagnaia, Marc Márquez, Rossi, Enea Bastianini and Luca Marini are summoned.

How and where to watch the 2021 MotoGP Emilia-Romagna GP

The Emilia-Romagna GP will not be broadcast on television in Spain and can only be seen legally by paying for one of the three available options.

DAZN will broadcast the entire Grand Prix like the rest of the season, but to watch it there you will have to pay for €9.99 per month or €99.99 per year, with a free month with no commitment to stay.

Those who are Movistar + customers with Fusion can add the package with the motor channels to see the same content as on DAZN. It costs 10 euros extra.

The alternative is to subscribe to the MotoGP VideoPass . It is reduced to 80% for the remainder of the season and costs €29.99. In addition, it gives access to its entire content catalog until the first race of 2022. Of course, the narration is in English.

And once again we tell you: any link you receive by Whatsapp, email or social networks is illegal.

Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli: the circuit where the 2021 MotoGP Emilia-Romagna GP takes place

Located about 25 kilometers southwest of Rimini, the Misano Circuit is in an area where many MotoGP riders are from, such as Valentino Rossi or Andrea Dovizioso.

Misano staged its first Grand Prix in 1980 and was reincorporated into the MotoGP calendar in 2007 after being remodelled. It will be the second time that the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix has been held.

Why is it called the Emilia-Romagna GP?

Misano is the usual venue for the San Marino GP –although it is on Italian soil–, but as in recent years it has had two events and the Italian GP was held in Mugello, this second one is officially known as GP Made in Italy and Emilia Romagna , taking its name from the region where the province of Rimini is located.

Which riders and teams will contest the 2021 MotoGP Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix

In Misano it is not expected that there will be any news between the regular drivers of each team, but there will be two guests: Michele Pirro (Ducati) and Lorenzo Savadori (Aprilia)
